Guest Release Agreement

By participating in the podcast recording (the “Podcast”), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this document carefully before confirming your participation.

1. Grant of Rights

You grant The Journey Collective LTD, producer of The Future of Hospitality podcast, the right to record, edit, distribute, and publicly share the Podcast, in whole or in part. This includes audio, video, and promotional materials derived from the Podcast.

2. Use of Content

You understand and agree that the Podcast content may be used for marketing, social media, websites, advertising, and other promotional purposes without limitation.

3. Compensation

You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive royalties, fees, or other compensation related to the use of the Podcast.

4. Responsibility for Statements

You confirm that the opinions and statements you express during the Podcast are your own responsibility. You release The Journey Collective LTD, its owners, producers, and affiliates from any liability related to your statements.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

6. Acceptance

By clicking “I Accept” in the participation form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Guest Release Agreement.
