2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by The Future of Hospitality (“FOH”, “we”, “our”). By purchasing, booking, or using any FOH service, you agree to these Terms.
3. Services Provided
FOH provides services including, but not limited to:
- Podcast production and guest appearances
- Media creation and content development
- Video production, recording, and editing
- Consulting and promotional services
- Event participation and brand exposure packages
Specific deliverables may vary per agreement, booking, or project brief.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Allpay or other approved processors.
- Full payment may be required before production or service delivery begins.
- Invoices not paid on time may delay service delivery.
- Prices are listed in NIS or EUR unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Podcast bookings may be rescheduled with prior notice and mutual agreement.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the amount of work already performed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or digital services already delivered.
- If FOH cancels a recording, we will offer a replacement date or refund.
6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All podcast recordings, video footage, graphics, and media created by FOH remain FOH property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Guests grant FOH a worldwide, royalty-free license to use podcast recordings, photos, and quotes for publication and promotional use.
- Clients may use delivered materials for internal or promotional purposes unless restricted by contract.
7. Guest Participation & Conduct
- Guests must provide accurate information when applying or booking.
- FOH reserves the right to decline participation for any reason, including reputational or ethical concerns.
- Guests agree not to disclose confidential behind-the-scenes processes or proprietary systems.
8. Liability
FOH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, participation in recordings, or reliance on any content created. All services are provided on a good-faith, best-effort basis.
9. Use of Website
- You may not use the website for illegal purposes or to harm FOH’s reputation.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without formal written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
FOH may use third-party tools such as hosting, analytics, forms, payment gateways, and media platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
FOH may update these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
