Weave projects is a sponsor of Inside Hotel Asset Management. The series is the Future of Hospitality's home for conversations about what happens to a hotel as an asset: investment, repositioning and the value created along the way.

Weave projects is based in Amsterdam and develops, opens and runs boutique hotels, hostels and hybrid concepts for owners. Founder and CEO Eran Harash has built the company around one idea: contracts, accounts and systems stay with the owner, so the hotel keeps them if the management changes.

He made the case in a column for Hotelvak this autumn. "If a management company performs well, it doesn't need a prison door," he wrote.
