00:41How did that all come together?

the Future of HospitalityLet's start, telling me a little bit about yourself. Before you worked in reservations, I know you worked at front office. How did that all come together?
Moustafa AhmedThank you so much, Tanya, for hosting me for today. And it's a pleasure actually to have, like, this broadcast with you where actually I can share, like, some of the tips of, like, the my experience actually in hospitality and hospitality industry. So how did I start actually? Yes. Like, I've been actually in this field for almost, I would say, like, eighteen years now. So graduated actually from hotels industry, like, college in Egypt. And by then, actually, I started my career as a reservation agent, developed a supervisor, trainer, and then I have joined as well, like, front office, like, front of the house, team where, actually, it's really enriched, like, my experience, like, you know, to get to know, like, how to deal with situations, like, with directly with the guest, like, mostly before reservations, like, back of the house where, you're dealing with the guest over the phone. So it was a a great exposure actually to find more about, like, guest experience, you know, trying to tackle them, like, in a very short, like, span of time.
Moustafa AhmedUnlike admin reservation, there is some email. Like so maybe you you have the time actually to respond back to an inquiry and all that. So, and that's it, actually. Like, now as well, like, having experience in revenue and, as well, like, maximizing in restaurants reservation. And as you can see, actually, it's all connected at the end to achieve the hotel, like, performance, like, or the key performance of the hotel when it's come to revenue budget and all that kind as well, like, penetration in the market in general.
the Future of HospitalityYeah. I think it's a it's a good mix since you also were in reservations before. I didn't know that. And then front office and then reservations, all this background information also from front office, the operational part, I'm sure it helps all of it in in with your reservations team now. And Exactly. Exactly. In in reservations, started at the Caesar's Palace Dubai. How did that shape your career?
Moustafa AhmedYeah. Certainly. Actually, like, yes. I I start with, like, Caesar. I joined them, like, a few years back. And, I would say, actually, like, moving from, like, a five star, like, property to a five star luxury property, definitely, it has, like, a a great and positive impact on my understanding actually of guest expectation and and so on. Like, for example, like, you know, talking about, like, a five star property, absolutely, like, the guest, like, expecting his expectation. Like, in terms of, like, the price that they are paying, let's say, if we are saying, okay. The guest stay at, you know, any five star brand, you know, I'm paying, like, bear bear mind, let's say, like, 300 US dollar or 400 US dollar. Absolutely, this guest has a specific expectation.
Moustafa AhmedWhen a guest, like, you know, is paying, like, double this amount or, let's say, 600 US dollar, absolutely, the expectation here is different. So by joining, actually, Caesars or Bannentry, currently, I'm working at Bannentry. So expectation has been elevated. You know? The guest is looking for more, like, I would say, like, an experience without any, like, flow, like, the times that he's making the booking until, the time that he's doing the checkout, you know, the stay experience, should be, you know, like, exceeded and should really match with the price and that he's paying for. So definitely expectation, yeah, has been, like, evolved. So which kind of point actually that I can see, like, the main differentiation, I will say, like, difference between this experience and self experience?
Moustafa AhmedLike, now, actually, I would say the telephone etiquette that we are following, it's really, like, the leading of the call from reservation agents, making sure that, like, the product, the service, the everything actually is really up to the guest expectation. And I would say with with, like you know, we are leading the call. We are opening, like, the guest's eye about our product, what he can do, what he can expect. And, you know, transportation, like, I would say every single aspect, spa recommendation, restaurant booking, it's like by one call. Like, everything actually the guest expect, we can make it happen. This is our motto. Let's say, when it's come to luxurious property.
05:54How do you now and your reservation departments balance automation with maintaining a…
6
the Future of HospitalityYeah. It's I mean, it's a it's an amazing property and working also before with Fairmont and and all these great brands. How do you now and your reservation departments balance automation with maintaining a personal touch in reservations?
Moustafa AhmedYes. So automation, absolutely, like, something so important. You know? So, like, I would say automation has come to recommendation of the rates, for example, recommendation of the packages that are available. So, definitely, when the team, like, have, like, an easy access to all these, like, packages to all different rates, You know? Like, for example, I I called from a guest who's staying in who's actually resident in UAE here in in Dubai. So, definitely, he's expecting, like, kind of package that's really match with his needs. For example, like, he has, like, a special discounts membership, like, and all that. So, definitely, like, our system should really, you know, identify these customers and, you know, give it, like, an easy access for my reservation agent to access all these rates and communicate the rate directly to the clients and so on. So automation is something so important, actually, and efficiency, I would say. You know? A process where, like, you know, like, the job or the task is to be done, you know, with the minimum time consumed.
Moustafa AhmedSo, definitely, like, revenue revenue strategy or revenue system is in place, you know, like, Opera system or any other system is in place as well just to facilitate people work, like room description, the main highlights, the benefit statement, feature of each room, and all that. So if everything actually is ready for the team members to, to communicate to the guests, absolutely, that will make the job, very easy. Yeah. Always, as you see, the personal touch, for sure, like, because personal touch here, I would say it come with, like, the personality of the reservation agents or the team actually who's communicating with the guests. So their way, their tone, like, how they're really communicating with the guy, that's playing a very big, actually, weight on converting this call into revenue and create a wow experience for the guests.
the Future of HospitalityMhmm. Yeah. So the automation is more about, you know, reducing time, making most of it, and always the personal touch, especially in in in such a luxurious property is is still so important Yes. To have their personalities. Yeah.
Moustafa AhmedCorrect. Correct. And I would say, actually, like, that that is a is a a very important, like, part of of any, like, guest experience, like the people, the the person or themselves. You know? How they are communicating? How they understanding? How they even, like, you know, get this, like, golden nuggets or that lose of the guest expectation. And accordingly, they can offer it. So if if a person is able to do that, certainly, like, revenue will be in place. If the person is not able actually to to have that, I would say it's, like, you know, part of the required characteristics of any it is the like, any any person actually working in hospitality or in selling field. You know? So that's really important.
Moustafa AhmedAnd then the system part come as a second priority, you know, where automation as well is there, so it's making the job more easier.
09:42What would you say is maybe the biggest mistake hotels make when it comes to revenue…
12
the Future of HospitalityWhat would you say is maybe the biggest mistake hotels make when it comes to revenue management?
Moustafa AhmedThe biggest mistake that hotel do when it comes to revenue? I would say, like, it's there is no mistakes. However, I would say, like, maybe, like, some challenges related to how they read the market, how they understand actually the needs or the expectation of their clients. Because, honestly, like, for example, Dubai in a specific area, the the the type of the client that they are, for example, coming into Bloor Island, they are different. Their expectation is totally different from a person who's coming in downtown, for example. So for for any actually hotel or a successful revenue management team, they need absolutely to analyze. They need to see the trends, the time of the guest who's really looking for their services.
Moustafa AhmedSo by having this correct analyze analysis, definitely, they will be able to address, you know, the expectation of client and certain leads will be able to gain occupancy and revenue to their property. So it's all about actually analyze the market trends, understand which kind of guest actually looking for their product. This product or this hotel is different totally from the product. This is the family hotel. This is the business hotel, and so on. So correct, actually, analysis of guest expectations and guest needs, I would say that that's a main thing. I wish you, like, any living management need to look into that that's in in the first place.
Moustafa AhmedSecond, actually, I would say, like, investments. I would say, like, you know, I'm I'm always highlighting this. Investment in people, that is the most important thing. Like, I would say, it is not a field that where, you know, jobless people actually can join. No. This is like I I don't believe in that. A person work actually in hospitality, like, you need to be fully, I would say, ready and fully, like, you know, ready, I would say, yes, to to work in this field. Like, this will require a lot of, you know, characteristics in people's personality, honestly. People who are you know, you know, seek to understand first and then to be understood, let's say, people who are putting the guest experience, you know, always in their head, in their hearts, you know, how to create a wow experience.
Moustafa AhmedWe're not here in this field, honestly, just to serve a guest. Okay. Like, make the job done. No. It's it's more than that. It's it's about the experience itself. It's about focusing on the whole experience, reservation and front office and housekeeping and restaurant reservation and the room dining. We are parts you know, it's a social circle. No. We're actually every department are part. So it's like, I would say, it's a big responsibility just to create this experience. Any flaw in any area of the guest experience will will really impact in the hotel overall, the hotel experience or the guest experience in the hotel itself. Not only this part, the guest when he rate us as five star luxury and so on. So it is the whole experience and not only one part of it. So definitely, like, hotel management need to focus actually on the on the personal, their hiring process, and definitely seek the talented people who will be able to create and make this and maintain as well. Create the change and maintain it to definitely elevate the brand name and the hotel name to the top. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And and how do you,
the Future of Hospitalitybecause, definitely, I agree that the the people, are the most important tool that you have in in a luxurious or, in general, in hospitality. So how do you invest in your team or train the team or make sure that they follow standards that you see that they're that it's all connected, as you mentioned? Like Correct. Correct.
Moustafa AhmedYes. So this is a very important thing, actually, because having, like, a standard in place, it is not the end of the journey, honestly. Like, would say this is a first step, like, creating a standard, having your SOP in place. But, you know, people has actually to believe in it. People have to embrace these standards. We will have to understand actually what is beyond every step, every point of the standard. The standard doesn't actually exist in a place just to have a standard in place. No. It is about actually people to follow it, people to understand it, to to, I would say, to embrace it. This is the word that I do really love.
Moustafa AhmedYou know, to embrace the standard, to to understand it by heart. Why we do have why we have to ask actually about, like, for example, in in room reservation about, like, the main factors that influence the guest's stay or his selection of a specific room type. Why we just not offer from the beginning, okay. We do have this standard category, and we do have a deluxe category, and we do have a suite category. What we need actually to ask, what we need the the guest to be part of the selection. First, we need to to understand the guest actually and and his expectation. And by then, actually, we're offered our product and so on. So the team member actually need to understand why we are having this, you know, and understand it well and see what is the impact on the guest experience out of asking or having this, like, SOP or this specific, you know, like, point in the SOP in place.
Moustafa AhmedMhmm. By understanding that, you know, and having that, like, fully understood by the colleague, definitely, you will make this impact and so on. It's a very important thing. As I said, like, quality, it's the end result of the success. Maintaining it, actually, this is the result. Having an SOP, it's a step toward having this quality in place. You know? Like, facilitating that, absolutely. Like, having the SOP, having, like, a a training process in place on this SOP. You know? Follow-up with the team as well. You know? A daily follow-up that the team is following this. And that can be done actually by, you know, the Cabin auditor, like, having internal audit and so on just to make sure that actually the team is really like, there is a compliance with this SOP actually on the details and so on.
Moustafa AhmedBy the end, you will find actually, like, the result is being achieved, which is will be having, like, a a contribution in overall, actually, like, the vision of the property or the hotel by achieving revenue, by having, you know, a high score of guess, the structure index and and so on. You know? So I know you have very
the Future of HospitalitySorry.
Moustafa AhmedYour your position in the market actually will will be relying on all this actual structure to have a contribution.
17:39Why are we working in the hospitality business?
8
the Future of HospitalityYeah. And I know it really like, it's it's amazing to really make them understand because in the end, it's always the why. The why are we doing this? Why are we here? Why are we working in the hospitality business? And and I think the way you understood, the way you do the training with your team is really great because I know it's reflecting in in the scores which you have and and and and the audits you have. So, and that's, I believe, is a great, achievement for you. Yeah. And for your team, of course, that you know it's, you know, it's it's it's all you all did well what you trained. And yeah. Yes.
Moustafa AhmedYes. So, yeah, so for me, I will say that, you you're having the steps, you're having the, your actual vision in in in place. Definitely, it will lead to the result that you are looking for. Like, so it's a matter actually of do really what you do really want. You know, plan for it, and then certainly the results will be positive as long as you really identify your priorities and what's your your goals, I would say. Yes. Mhmm.
the Future of HospitalityAnd I'm curious. What's your go to strategy for maximizing hotel occupancy?
Moustafa AhmedHotel occupancy. Yeah. Definitely. In hotel industry, like, we have, like, you know, like, kind of, like, main KPIs actually to be achieved. Occupancy, like, it's one part of it. So, definitely, we're seeing occupancy. However, I would say, like, you know, like, that the the main three, actually, key identifier for the successful hotel is occupancy and the ADR, average daily rates, and as well the RevPAR, the revenue per available room. That's actually the three main factor to measure your success of a hotel. And it's a great actually measures where you can as well see how you do and how you do perform against your concept. Your concepts, like, your select your concept. And this is actually a key identifier to to see, like, how it's doing well or you are doing badly. For example, like, if I say a random number, like 60% occupancy, is it a good number or it's a bad number?
Moustafa AhmedSo for maybe 60% occupancy for in people mind, we'll say, oh, no. It's a low occupancy. But in fact, it can be a great number. Like, you know, 60%, 90%, or 100%. That doesn't mean that actually the hotel is full and this hotel is doing well. No. Like, because the it's very easy actually to fill a hotel with some customers, like you're having a 90%. But what is your pricing strategy? What is your average daily rate, or what is your RevPAR? So, you know, all these actually are connected. So that's why, actually, like, we have, like, I would say, like, a story port where you'll be able to to see your position between your concepts, and then you will relate. Actually, you will understand I'm doing well between our among our my comp set or not.
Moustafa AhmedSo Yeah. However, like, I would say, like, seeking, like, a high expense or maximizing revenue, absolutely, it's, you know, I'll say, like, you know, it's an hour to hour, a minute to minute, a day to day strategy. Strategy, like, is being changed, like, on the same day, you know, reducing rates, maximizing rates, you know, make it more higher and and all that. It's part of the revenue strategy, like, on on daily business and, I would say, like, on hourly basis as well on the same day. So I'm seeing actually what is the trend like. You know? If the market is there is a demand, absolutely, my ratio would be higher. You know, if the run time is already depleted, it's already gone, so, definitely, I need to maximize on the second type and and so on.
Moustafa AhmedSo, like, you know, always actually analyzing the market and see how other hotels, you know, among my concepts, are selling and, which kind of occupancies that they do have. And, accordingly, I need to take a decision on it. So Mhmm. So always, absolutely, like, I compare myself with other hotels. Right? And then see how my rate should be. B, how occupancy or which portion of occupancy that I'm I'm seeking actually to have. But in general, like, you know, like, having an equal, like, know, it depends on level same as the market. That's creating, I'll say, a fair success. However, taking a portion of, the occupancy from the market, that's giving me at last point when it comes to occupancy and so on actually for average rate or RevPAR. So it's all actually related, not only occupancy figure because it's very easy for any hotel actually to fill the hotel, but at which rate? That's a very important part. Like, which rate that you are selling your own. Yeah? Is that really is the rate reflect your brand?
Moustafa AhmedBecause imagine if a five star property selling with 50% of the rate that they should sell less. So, definitely, they will not be able to, you know, maintain the standard. We will not be able to maintain as well the expectations that the guest expect if Mhmm. They are selling, you know, the because at the end as well, there is a cost related actually for every service that you are doing in the hotel. Right?
23:31What would you say are the top three skills maybe reservations manager or cluster…
9
the Future of HospitalityYeah. So you mentioned so many many things now, like, also before investing in your team, now dealing with so many numbers and, so much to think about. What would you say are the top three skills maybe reservations manager or cluster reservations manager should have?
Moustafa AhmedYes. Absolutely. Like, the ability to manage the team and management here is it's very important. Like, I would say, like, hiring the right candidates. It's like, yes, maybe it's come with the personal, like, HR, like, human resources, like, responsibility, but I'm actually, like, voting, like, huge on high weight on the manager of reservation, you know, on how to select his team member. Mhmm. Reservation department, it's, like, you know, the first contact, like, of the hotel where actually it will give, like, the guests, the client's impression on what you will find next. I mean, if the reservation agent is a professional person able to sell well, able to address, like, customer requests and needs and all that. Definitely, I'm expecting from the next person who will deal with me upon checking in to be with the same level of professionalism.
Moustafa AhmedSo for me, it's very important, actually, the selection of people. That's that's really important. And one of the skills that while I'm selecting any person, actually, when it's come to reservation team is the selling skills. That's the very important one. Because reservation team member is not the person who's actually taking the request, entering the booking, and that's it. No. This is like a job can be done by anyone, honestly. But the ability to, you know, to, I would say, cultivate the guest's needs, understand what is it, and definitely offer, like, a suitable option to the guest, that's a real, like, salesman salesperson was able to to do that. You know? And maximizing the revenue and trying to upsell as well. One of the very important, actually, a point and an important skill to be Mhmm.
Moustafa AhmedTo be actually have with Yeah. With with an agent. Yeah. So I I would say that, like, sitting skills is very important. The ability as well, you know, as I said, like, like yeah. Con convincing skill. That that's one of the most important skill as well, you know, by getting the golden knowledge from the guest and then the ability to illustrate, you know, your product, you know, and communicate it in a way that the guest will understand it.
the Future of HospitalityYeah. That's a good one. Convincing him, yes,
Moustafa Ahmedof this is actually what you're looking for. This is, like, the room type that will make your stay memorable. That's the restaurant, actually, that was really interested in Asian cuisine or or something like you know? So the team need to understand actually the product and definitely match it with the guest needs. Mhmm. So skills, training skills. You know? And, definitely, you know, like, a personality should as well, like, you know, should be human. The ability actually to extend, I would say, you know, like, like, the understanding of any situation, you know, like, when it's come to cancellation, when it's come to any special circumstances, when it's come to special occasions, when it's come to all that. So the person need actually to to be more human when it comes to any request, you know, to put themselves into the guest shoes. And, actually, if they are in such situation, what did we already expect from them?
Moustafa AhmedThe reservation agents. So they should have this as well, like, a skill,
the Future of Hospitalityyou know, to show Yeah. I know. This is really more important than than some people might think. Like, I know also from front office that, like, when you say the same things on each check-in over and over again, and for you, it just became becomes a standard, and and and you keep on doing the same things and also reservations, taking so many calls, and still you need to Maintain it and yourself in the in the guest shoes, try to find their need. And, yeah, not every category fits all or not every, situation fits all, and sometimes it's exceptions that make the difference and in the end gives you a great
Moustafa Ahmedscore. Close all of them. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly.
28:33Can you share a tip on how hotels can reduce cancellations and no shows?
5
the Future of HospitalityExactly. Yeah. So you mentioned also cancellations and no shows. Can you share a tip on how hotels can reduce cancellations and no shows?
Moustafa AhmedYes. Definitely. Like, actually, cancellation and no shows, like, you know, kind of, I would say, it's a nightmare for the hotels, you know, like, to have, like, a sudden drop of no show, like, or, like, a cancellation, sudden drop of occupancy. So it's it's all about as well, like, forecasting your no show and forecasting as well your late cancellation. There's a lot of measure actually on on how you can protect, like, as a hotel, yourself against this, like, no show and this cancellation. Some, you know, like, fences that you are placing in a specific, like, rate plans, you know, where actually, like, you should get, like, for example, like, your prepayment on specific, you know, red plan, let's say, like, some red plans are nonrefundable.
Moustafa AhmedSo then you need to make sure, actually, this is, like, in place and are being, like, followed by the team. Avoid actually any sudden, like, cancellation, and as well, like, you know, to make sure that you have a communication with the with the client. From the time that you do the booking, you know, you are having, like, a communication with the guest about, yeah, I would say, like, pre or about emails, like, you know, pre level messages. All that actually can make you having a certainty or, like, you know, like, a a definite, like, occupancy, like, level. You will not be, like, surprised by a 10% drop at last minute where you have missed already opportunity to sell.
Moustafa AhmedSo a lot of measurement nowadays actually with the technology that, you know, like, hospitality industry is being used, you know, a lot of application platforms where they provide actually this automated, like or initiation of conversation with the guest. And by then, actually, if the guest shows, like, interest to go through this conversation, then human now will interfere, like, mister relations, you know, front office team, and they start communicate accordingly with the guest, you know, having more information about their trip, any, like, services that they can do, like, ahead of time, in advance, and and and so on. So now, actually, like, technology facilitate all these kind of things. And, definitely, it's now, like, the ratio of no show or lead cancellation has been reduced unlike before. Like, you know? Yes. Because, now, like, you know, credit card is required.
Moustafa AhmedLike, prepayment most of the time is required as well. So that's reducing, actually, unlike before, I would say, like, industry was facing a lot of or having a challenge actually with with last minute cancellation. I'm not sure on all that.
31:37What is maybe the best career advice that you have received from someone?
13
the Future of HospitalityMhmm. Yeah. Yeah. I do remember also some some times in that. Yeah. Thank you. We talked a lot about reservations insights now. I want to know more about you as well. What is maybe the best career advice that you have received from someone? Maybe in the beginning of your career, someone who has inspired you, maybe a mentor, or just someone who gave some good advice who led you in the right direction. Yeah. Yes.
Moustafa AhmedYeah. It's a very good question, actually. Like, I would say the best advice that I have got, like, throughout my career, like, to take ownership of the job, the task, the things that I do have in my hand, in fact, responsibility. So, like, you know, it doesn't mean that actually, like, as a manager, that you have done your part by placing SOP in place or train your team, then your job is done. Knowing that the job actually will be done once, like, result are being achieved. So all will actually what what I understand, what I have developed actually, like, in myself throughout these years, that it's all about result.
Moustafa AhmedMhmm. It's all about results. It's all about how you can achieve this result. Maybe you you do have a new spend time, and you're doing your best actually placing, like, SOP in place. You have done the training as well. But still result is not there. So, certainly, there's something wrong in the circle actually of, reaching that result. Like, something went wrong. So you need actually to find out what what really went wrong and analyze it and, how you will be able actually to overcome this challenge to achieve the result. So it's not about doing I have done my part. No. Your part will be done actually once the result is achieved, once, like, the everything in place, honestly.
Moustafa AhmedSo this is what the best advice I would say I I have got before, which is I'm trying to apply in in every, actually, aspects of my responsibility on how we can get the results being achieved.
the Future of HospitalityYeah. I I love it. It's it's so important, and people forget sometimes how that you just maybe finishing off a checklist, finishing off the the standards which you got from your manager. And and in the end, the faster maybe you learn taking ownership, it's the faster you grow, and it's it's yeah. It's very great advice. Would you give the the same advice, or what would be your advice now starting maybe for someone who's starting a career in reservations?
Moustafa AhmedLike, yes. Like, my advice, actually, I I will say, you know, what you need to to do first, to to love what they are doing, honestly. You know? If they already see themselves that they do really love how to communicate with the guest, how to, you know, sell, how to meet a citation, that's the correct field, that's the correct department for them. So first, they need to know what they are doing. And, definitely, they need to be knowledgeable about their product. And that's and develop their skills. That skills, I would say, is it's something that you can develop every day. Knowledge is is something very important because if you are knowledgeable about your product, you understand it very well, confident actually about your place, your brand, your hotel Mhmm. You'll be able to sell, and you'll able to shine.
Moustafa AhmedSo if you are not, absolutely, you will not make any success. Right? Because success come if you are really committed, if you are really, you know, I would say, yeah, committed to what you do really want to do. So without commitment, absolutely, like, there will be no success. So knowledge is something important. Improving the skills is very important. And it's a journey. Like, I mean, day after day, absolutely, like, the team member will be able actually to understand more, will be able to have, like, a greater impact than yesterday.
the Future of HospitalityYeah. Absolutely love it. And I'm sure your team is can be very happy having you as a as a manager. I also a lot enjoyed working with you at Fairmont. So, I can definitely sign it, whatever you just said now. Well, in the end, let's have our last question. What do you think how maybe hospitality there's so much AI and digitalization, and how do you think maybe the future in, I don't know, five, ten years, might change in hospitality or reservations department or just in general? What do you think?
Moustafa AhmedYes. Absolutely. Like, you know, yes. As you say it with the great improvement, you know, and fast growing, like, AI technologies and and all that. Definitely, it will have an impact in the whole pathology industry. I would say, like, the I I can see, actually, the the impact will be positive, honestly. I cannot see the negative parts related to people losing their job and all that because hospitality is kind of a field, honestly, that need human, I would say, like, interaction and all that. Like, when I'm dealing actually with a robot or chatbot and all that, honestly, the experience is totally different. Like, even with the ability of chatbot analyzing my requirement and all that. But still, at the end, actual hospitality, I prefer to deal with people, not with the robot, not with that. So I would say, actually, the impact of AI to conversion and all that on other industries will be higher, will be greater, will be absolutely, like, more beneficial.
Moustafa AhmedBut to such industry, like, cause and all that, I don't think, like, there will be, like, any negative impact other than actually a positive one Delete it, as I said before, you know, facilitating actually people work, you know, having an impact on how they will, you know, analyze data and and all that much better, like client database, like client expectations and, you know, the trends in the market and all that, giving numbers. And, accordingly, like, human still need to take action, take decision actually based on this analysis. And, definitely, like, as I said, like, you know, to communicate with with a client, with a guest, like, through a human, not actually a machine or but definitely, it will have an impact in in some other aspects, but not with the you know, to do, like, a check-in, to to answer a call and all those. Yes. So
the Future of HospitalityYeah. I'm I'm fully with you, and I'm glad you're saying that that we are not all replaced by robots one day. But I think especially in in also luxurious properties is, like, the the guests, they are paying a very high price for the room, for their, for the experience, and they don't they will not talk then to to a voice bot or chatbot and and have their questions asked. So, yeah, glad glad you're you're you're sharing the same.
Moustafa AhmedYes.
