Enseo has launched a Managed Services portal, a business intelligence platform that pulls real-time technology monitoring, operational analytics and guest engagement data into one view for hotel operators, the company said. The product was introduced at The Hospitality Show.

According to the release, the portal is designed to show performance at both individual property and portfolio level, helping operators spot potential problems earlier, make better-informed operational decisions and find ways to improve guest experience and financial results.

The platform builds on Enseo's proprietary SITE product, which monitors technology performance continuously using a 3-D model of each hotel. Managed Services adds real-time analytics at property and portfolio levels, so hoteliers can assess current performance, find recurring issues and draw on historical data for future decisions. Through the centralised portal, users can monitor in-room entertainment and WiFi performance, track support activity, access billing information and analyse trends in guest engagement and revenue.

"Hotel technology touches nearly every aspect of the guest experience, but operators often have to rely on multiple, disconnected systems to understand how it's performing," said Kevin Sweeney, Enseo's Chief Operating Officer. Chief Executive Officer Brian Gurley said hotel data "is only valuable if operators can put it to work."

Enseo, based in Plano, Texas, provides in-room entertainment, managed WiFi, hotel TV marketing, managed telephony, proactive property monitoring, employee safety devices and managed services, and says it has worked with hotel brands for more than 26 years.
