TRevPAR (total revenue per available room) is all hotel revenue divided by the room nights you had available. Unlike RevPAR it includes food and beverage, spa, meeting rooms and parking.
Example: a 120-room hotel over 30 nights. Type your own figures.
TRevPAR = €576,000 ÷ (120 × 30) = €160.00
TRevPAR = total revenue ÷ (rooms × nights). Take every operated department: rooms, food and beverage, spa, meetings and events, parking and other income.
Example: a 120-room hotel with €576,000 in total revenue over 30 nights has a TRevPAR of €576,000 ÷ 3,600 = €160. With a RevPAR of €112, €48 of every available room night came from outside the room.
TRevPAR rewards revenue outside the room: a bar the neighbourhood uses, a restaurant with its own guests, spa days. It still says nothing about cost; for profit per room, look at GOPPAR.
